Cindy, Trish and I saw this the weekend before Christmas.
Now, most of you know that I love, love, love Matthew...McConaughey, that is. Matthew Fox ain't too shabby either! Having said that, one might assume that I would love this movie no matter what. And you wouldn't be wrong, however I would have enjoyed this movie regardless of who the stars were. With the Sexiest Man Alive in the starring role, that's just a bonus!
The plot had the same formula as most inspirational sports stories, so there were no huge surprises there. But it was an all-around enjoyable movie. Good soundtrack, enjoyable eye candy and great football sequences.
Overall, a great way to spend an afternoon!! Well worth the price of admission!
