Call the cops, 'cause someone got robbed!!!

Reasons why I love this clip:

1. First and foremost, the catch itself. This is going to be a career defining play for Mr. Chavez. He may not have won the World Series, or the League Championship for that matter, but he made one of the most dazzling catches ever. I mean c'mon...the leap (into and slightly above the wall), the snowcone catch. That's pretty freakin' sweet!

2. If you listen really close, you can actually hear the disbelief and awe coming from the crowd once they realize that the catch was made. Nice work!

3. The announcer's reaction...

4. The handshake between the pitcher and Chavez in the dugout. Nothing but respect. Good to see every once and a while.

I would have loved to have been in the crowd for that play. How fun would that be?! Well thanks to YouTube, a digital camera (or camera phone) and Magglio Ordonez in the bottom of the ninth with two people on, we can all get a little taste of what it might be like...(Warning: if you get motion sickness you may not like the latter part of this clip, so have a garbage can close by)

Unbelievable...
